I just don't like having to start from scratch since this account started around that time in 2007. But I guess that's the only way because of skills, updates, items, etc. that are post 07. However I probably will play to relive my favorite time. Runescape right now would be fine if EOC was removed...but that's not happening, oh well.

I guess my biggest question (and this may have already been answered) is this: will there be rares such as partyhats? I'm not sure how these would be introduced into the new servers, but getting a partyhat has long been my goal and so I'm not sure how motivated I would be to play/make money without that incentive.

YES FINALLY! Yes it sucks you have to be member, but is 7 dollars worth it to be able to play old RS again? Yes. So pay up.

Jagex, this is my opinion. This is the best decision, in my point of view, in a while. The outcome of the EoC angered me a little and I take a vacation, hoping you would change it back. Thanks to months of praying and checking the news, god answered my prayers. 2007 was a little before i started playing but I still remember killing my first chicken and starting on Tutorial Island. Ah, finding out how to teleport was annyong but the enjoyable. I have dedicated over 3 years to the game. I am very pleased this has happened and truly hope this works and goes to level 4. All of you fellow veterans, I hope you agree.

The game has come a long way since 07, or from when I first started. I would gladly pay membership to vote for this. No it wouldn't be for nostalgia or anything of the sort. But sooner or later if Runescape doesn't make the number's like it had in 07 it's plug will no doubt be pulled as well.
