Wow, just read through every response on here, and it was worth it. It's great to see such feedback from both players and Jagex staff alike. Whether it be positive or negative, it shows the different effects.

I've been involved with RuneScape for 8 years, and experienced a lot of change, some I dislike, but most I like. With the change, comes many memories and experiences, as well as friendships, so i'm not quitting soon, regardless of what updates Jagex may implement. However, with that being said, I would still prefer to see content that a majority enjoys obviously.

@Mod MMG and Mod Mark:-

- I always enjoy reading your posts, they bring me great joy to get a full understanding of whichever topic is being discussed. I have also spoken to Mod Mark ingame with my original name, and I loved the discussion we had. Funnily enough, it was about how a dragon crossbow may one day be implemented, and it has!

I look forward to 2013, and every following year, especially the improvement to customer support, language support for foreign communities, gambling/bot control and the player moderator "rework" if you will? As well as two new skills of course!

I also look forward to RuneFest, although I am an Australian citizen, I sure hope I can make it this year.

A question I did not see asked, which hopefully a Jmod can answer, what will be done in celebration of S U O M I gaining every xp in the game? It is not **r away, and regardless of effigies, quite an amazing feat.

Edit - just thought i'd also add how much it pleases me to see some of the Jmod's passion in behind the scenes videos, live streams and on the forums. Some Jmods (Mod Mark in particular) show their burning passion for a great game and community, and i'd love to see more "direct Jmod" interaction in the future, videos, blogs, anything to help connect. I look forward to your enhanced communications with the community.

I just wanted to say I am very impressed with your post and very pleased with you being so open and honest with us

overall I think Jagex is a great company and I'm glad you guys are paying so much close attichen to how we feel about game updates

Thanks for keeping runescape the great game it is

Your accusation against Mod_Mark is completely unfair and untrue, it can only appear personal because anyone who knows Mark will tell you how much he cares about both the game and building a healthy vibrant community. Also, RuneScape priorities have always been very much a team effort not just the work of one individual, sure Mark is very a respected member of our team and has an important voice at the table, but the same is true of many others in the management team so we collectively carry this responsibility.
We build the schedules based on what the tech is capable of at the time, issues we want to resolve, innovative ideas we want to explore, problems we need to solve and bigger future investments that ensure we have a great game years from now.

@mmg - I can back mmg up completely, as a part of Mod marks friends chat, we all have nothing but praises for what mark brings to the game, and whenever he is on he always lifts spirits.

I really hope that you honestly feel that way, because the impression you've been giving is that you really don't care about your players. I have this opinion since eoc (not that im against it) when i saw you taking side of the "adapt or quit" conformist attitude that was threw on anti-eoc threads. After all, those same people helped you grew and stood by you in the past.

I've ranted you many times, i've offended you before, i was banned some times from the forums, and i regret nothing. It was justified, believe it or not.
I do not hate you or wish you to fail, how could i, i like the game.

Like i said, i'm hoping that you keep your promise, and take us players in consideration, i'll help in what i can.

Good luck for the future =)
