Since mods are so lock happy, I guess I'll just post my thread here.

Anyone who has been playing for a while has seen Jagex's little sweet talks. "We are going to improve communication this year!" "We will get rid of the botters!" "This year will be YOUR year!"...the BS list goes on.

Quite honestly, I'm tired of it. I've been playing this game for a long time and have been active on these forums for many many years, and I've seen your babbling and broken promises. If you truly listened to the players, we would not have EOC, Soloman, or SOF. It's as simple as that. Any vet player has seen these yearly sweet talks to get you to keep paying membership and stay - which is completely up to you, but I don't bite the bait.

I can't even explain how disappointed I am. I laugh when I see the usual comments from Jagex; "Our Runescape team has doubled!" Well I hate to break it to you, you still lack any type of customer support that reads through update feedback and actually considers it.

Very glad to hear a summarised review on the previous year by the one behind it all.

Your supposed war chest from SoF/SGS's products sounds interesting, you claimed you were investing a fair amount into huge development such as Runescape on mobile devices, RS3 and huge lag fixes, graphics and audio improvements.

I'm sure most of us are keen to say the least, some sort of 'progress-post' every few months or so would be very much appreciated to keep us on the tip of our toes.

It may allow us to give some feedback and suggestions before the actual release, same goes for big planned content like quests.

"Q) Please consider bringing back free trade restrictions to combat the seemingly endless waves of goldfarmers.
A) We are already looking at this, as I said in the main post we are going to have a dedicated strategy for tackling gold farmers and all the associated illicit RWT activity that it encompasses"

Gaah...please don't get rid of free trade again, I don't know if I could put up with all that again. Hopefully there are other methods you are looking into as well...

@Hobbes14

Yes please remove free trade. You need to understand if it was removed, it doesn't have to be the same as in 2008, things can be much more satisfying for honest players.

I'm not sure if this is going to get answered but..

- Will the Premier Club return yearly?

- When will we see our first Premier Club Newsletters?

- How frequently will you plan to release Dev blogs?

@ Abs L (page 6) - “I hope you put more money into investing into your departments & make it even stronger - Maybe even one day have a phone number players can call with their in game problems"

This year the Customer service team will be getting their own internal development team which means we can realise some of the technical improvements that we’d like to see – Web Chat, our own website, Possible phone support....possibly, but first things first is to fix our ticketing system so you can have an easy way to get in touch with us.
