Yeah, its crazy how many bots are in EOC compared to real Runescape.

Will be great when they change back to the real combat system and we can see these massive hoards of bots disappear and have the player base return!

Ble* eeww EOC.


I haven't spotted any new posts from them yet though.... Hopefully they aren't lying this time and take the actual feedback.

I don't understand Jagex, the last 10-15 pages of this thread (haven't checked the first 300ish) have been mostly rants about this new EoC update, with the exception of 1-3, where people are liking it. I mean, doesn't that say something? When most of your community is pleading you to bring back the old system to the way it was. Sure, you get new players and their money, but you just lost a crap ton of old players and their money. And I am pretty sure, old players would end up spending more money on this game than the newer ones, which would allow you generate more income no? I don't have any statistical data, but most of us 'old' players, wouldn't mind paying a bit more for the old system to be brought back.

Well, not PVM alone but actually looters and ofc harvesters.

Just before the update of EOC there was about 6-12 bots in PVP worlds by edgy.

Less than 1 week after EOC there was 12-36 bots in pvp worlds by Edgy pking spot.

I hope that the botters get prosecuted! The ones that are doing it from 3rd world countries... well I hope they start working in their community to improve it and develop progress rather than to bot to fill their productivity in life.

one day later....
summoning and money bags and extra costumes i mean really what happend when making 1m was a huge achievement no the game is infested with bots ,lots of vid makers like bonesaw and silentc0re i think quit and people like chris archie and sparc are playing just for subs there not even enjoying the game this is coming from a guy playing since 2007

its great that you have actually recognized your mistakes. i truly feel that the EoC was a bad choice, but hey that's just my opinion. However even if you look at the facts and figures, SO many players have quite due to updates like this. i remember when Runescape was hitting 500,000+ players and now its struggling to hit 90,000.

i just home that jagex will do something to fix these problems and hopefully just get rid of the EoC..

hope you really do stick to your words and listen to the players. :(

thanks for the apoligies, but you did try eoc and it didnt work out. i just quit because the combat i didnt like it.. so i came back and literaly was on and off withing 5 minuites please bring PRE EOC back! dont make us start from scratch from some 2006 thing please do PRE EOC!
