I played runescape 2k9 and IMO it was boring, bland, and not flexible, sure there are many memories and nostalgia, but it's only memories and nostalgia, move on if you think you're a "true player of RS" and learn to adapt you "kid". :L Le Infamous XP Waster... I see many posts opposed to the EoC, and the majority of them fall into one of the following three groups:

1) Remove or make seperate servers for EoC, I have no real reasoning about why I want it gone other than that "EVERYBODY" wants it gone.

2) Remove or make seperate servers for EoC, because I want to be able to start combat, and then watch TV or a movie while paying almost no attention to my avatar.

3) Remove or make seperate servers for EoC, because I want my pure back, and I want to bully all skillers who try to train the skills that include entering the wilderness. Messing up my pure is something that needs to be fixed, and no I never heard of the part of the EoC announcement saying that pures were an exploit of a combet level system that wasn't up to the intended task, so I don't believe it was said.

To the few who have posted against the EoC and don't fall into one of those three groups, please state your case in polite and clear terms, preferably with little or no bad grammar, vulgarities, and a minimum of AOL/text speak, all of those make it hard to sort out your real message.

BiggyB25 my underbridge dwelling friend.

**body is asking to remove EOC, just to reinstate a game they played before Nov. 19th 2012. Incase you haven't been keeping up with current events. Jagex removed the game they enjoyed playing and it was called Runescape2. It was a simplistic and relaxing game alot truly enjoyed.

Please re-read some of the posts you are trashing!

For a matter of clearity, EoC is an update to the game as a whole, nobody removed RuneScape. If you want a rollback to remove updates made after a certain date, ask for that, don't ask for something to be reinstated that was never removed.

Oh, and addressing someone with words that seem to imply that he/she is a troll looks to me like a thinly veiled attempt at a flame.

@RaptorB25, I am an EOC supporter and I believe the EOC was a great thing to happen to the game. The game was so repetitive and tired, nothing special as well as overpowered special weapons. I was getting bored of the old Runescape until the EOC came along and made Runescape so much fun again.

I take offence to you saying EOC lovers are ruining the community. I don't believe the EOC loving or the Anti EOC people are ruining the community at all. The true people ruining the community is the bots and the gamblers. Everyone has a right to their own opinion and I believe they should make servers for people who wants to experience the old game. But please be patient. Don't spam threads demanding servers. It takes time so just be patient and wait.

Who knows, maybe they will launch an old game server like how they did Classic, it just takes time.

I just hope all the hate that the EoC has been getting doesn't cause you to set back the combat system. You may have seen a lot of people seeing "Bring back 06!" or "Runescape is now Ruinedscape." I personally love the new combat system and do not let my childhood nostalgia overpower the true quality of the EoC. The combat system is the best it has ever been; please don't downgrade it because of a few bad eggs.

Many people in the game call me "Dawg" or "dawg", and at first I thought you were confused as to just who you were addressing. See how poor choice of wording (in this case slang) can cause confusion?

At any rate, just who gave you the power to decide that "dissing" someone is something you are allowed to do, or who is not allowed to do it?

All new kids think EOC was great update but its not. If possible, just remove annoying EOC update and then its good. Myself, started playing -02 or around that so i know what happened to this game. Most update ha been good but this EOC totally ruined game. Best times were -06 but its gone now. And even if that time could bring back, it wouldnt be same.

And main reason why i hate EOC so much is these stupid "weakness" of monsters. If you dont use it, you barely hit anything to it. Old combat was fine, now its ruined.
I know all new players like EOC because its "so special and not boring". Lets wait few years and everyone agree EOC is boring
