Whenever I hear someone say "the death of Runescape" I translate it to mean the death of players who are stuck in a rut.

@Sensei Lite, their fiances show, if you do your homework, that it may very well be the death of runscape, just saying :-P

lets hope for all your sakes they can salvage it.

My predictions for 2013:

1. Jagex will continue to promise that the bots will be gone from the game "soon"

2. Bots will increase in numbers

3. Jagex will insist the EOC is a success and is liked by most players

4. Even more existing players will quit and there will be very few, if any, new players [unless you count bots]

5. Heavily promoted SOF and Solomon updates throughout the year

6. Content updates bug ridden and dead within a week

7. As players are leaving and the few remaining have bought the year's membership offer, Jagex will suffer cash-flow problems

JAGEX, DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE BOTS AND GET RID OF THE EOC

I've played runescape on and off for years on different accounts because i was excited to make a new one. Most of the updates in 2012 were cool for enhancing gameplay and supplying reward, but the Evolution of Combat completely changed the way people viewed runescape. The EoC is why runescape's player base nearly halved in the last two years.

Thank you for taking the time to reflect over the past year.

If you truly have read all our posts you would know that there's about 80-100k(I was just told that that number is more like a million actual players) players waiting for you to remove the EOC. It was a Total failure from start to finish and now we know that YOU know that to be the case. Don't let the humiliation continue! just say... Sorry dudes and dudettes.. we took a shot at it and it didn't work out.. here is your game back.
