firstly, i have been playing since 2005 and the EoC was hard to stomach at first. The way it not only affected combat but also the prices of items was annoying and i quit for several months. However i realised that i hadn't actually given it a chance and so i came back last week and i've got to say i actually don't mind it now. But, it's killed a lot of things such as pk'ing and made some bosses pointless (Bandos/Sara/Zammy/TDS briefly). I understand why you had to make the change, not just to attract more modern players but also because there was very little room for manoeuvrability in terms of high-level bossing with a one-dimensional system. Add to this that certain high level prayers/potions/items were overpowered it was harder to release more enticing bosses. However, having said that, did you not consider waiting until RS3 to implement this new system?
Also, my final question is that would you ever consider introducing a poll similar to that of wildy/free trade for the EoC? Because, as much as i like it, lets face it the last poll you put up was a shambles and your reaction to it did not clearly portray the communities feelings. This is evident with the near extinction of Pk'ing and loss of a large part of the community. Thank you if you take the time to read this!
p.s. what he hell was the crucible?! why couldn't you just bring back the old bh haha?
