Id like to provide you with more feedback, but the good ideas always seem to pop up in game. I run em past my clan mates and and often get told to submit it...but these forums are not at all user friendly (in my eyes). Even this post, I would usually read everything before posting but I know from past exp that takes too long. I read page 1 and skipped to 8 the last one at that time, while i read that 3 more were posted. A lot of the posts do not say anything new. What about a list where you add your name when you just want to agree with someone.... or to say Im glad you made this post.
Id like to see some forums changes, I currently cannot find what im looking for when i do get desperate to try looking.
I do want to point out that im thrilled this thread did not start with some one smiling about getting first post and not saying a thing about the subject =( so apparently some improvements have been made =)

and now here ive made a post that doesnt really deal with the issue =(
I got so distracted by the forums i forgot what i was going to say.

well, to say the least, this whole posting made me smile again. I am so glad to see that Jagex is in fact actually listening.

I have noticed since the EOC update that many players (including myself) are and have been frustrated with the feel of being forgotten, and those of us who have been here since we were young children and have grown up with this game have felt left out and forgotten. Although after a good read through of this, I'm glad to see that you guys still know we are here.

I have to admit its been sad looking back and getting a good smile from some of the great in-game memories that I have had with things that no longer exist or have been updated and evolved to no longer be around or a popular thing. But this update post from Mod G has definitely put a genuine smile on my face. Thank you Jagex.

I look forward to all further efforts to combat bots and increased communication on this issue.

I hope communication means more than what has at times in the past been a news post then absolutely nothing for 6 months to a year then another huge announcement on bots than nothing for another 6 months.

Such things make it very hard on the forums to discuss the issue for those of us who are interested in more than ranting at Jagex (yes many of us do want to use the forums for giving real feedback! :p).

I'm sorry to say that we (the players) don't have to continue appreciating the work that you get payed for; tons of cash, while many of our work that don't get payed a single penny; gets completely dismissed.

If you are honest about community involvement and appreciating, then I want to see the J-Mods posting in the feedback forums much more, and especially in NGC & EGC forums. Otherwise the excuse that *We read but don't post* is basically un-buyable, and we are sick of it.

If you are honest then take a look at the profound community involvement suggestions and criticism threads from some of your most loyal players, such as this one: Quick find code: 278-279-923-63200263

I also like to see the Gambling removed from existence. If you are really professional in what you do and understand the critical negative impacts this activity have on the game's health in the long-term, then I want to see the proper action being taken against this behavior.

You are more than welcome, I believe the HTML 5 beta will be rather soon, I don’t have the exact dates to hand but I think it’s in the next month or two from memory, I know the engine team are working super hard to get it “live” by April but I’m kinda working back a little from that date for the beta.

Hi Jagex,

Could you please just outright ban gambling. If I had to guess I would say the number one reason people are quitting now is not because of the EoC or even bots, I would say it's because they get bored/desperate for cash one day and just gamble away their bank, and either lose it completely or get scammed. There's nothing more off putting in a game then losing everything you worked for and having to start all over again.

I used to get this feeling all the time back when I played a PS1 game, but lose all my saved data on a memory card and just think to myself 'Well what is the point in starting all over again?' and I'd imagine this is the case for many low-mid level players who see gambling as a get rich quick route. All you have to do is add an additional rule against gambling, remove/modify flowers and that would be the end of it! Thanks for reading. Flobberworm3
