Ive been playing RS for about 9 years and for me and many others the evolution of combat is the final nail in the coffin.
Sad to say but i think this will be the end of RS, i wont be renewing my membership until it is reversed......

I wanted to take the time out of my day to pick apart your post and its flaws, as well as highlight the few truthful things you posted. I'm not going to do this because it simply is not worth anyone's time. We all know the only way to restore this game is to take out micro-transactions and EOC.

Most likely you won't even read player's comments on this thread but unless you bow down to the player's mercy your pockets WILL BE EMPTIED.

For this year I would like a balanced economy, fun content for ALL levels, a new way to train agility and (quite frankly) a reason to make all private servers look boring in comparison because at the moment the game just doesn't do it. Don't take this offensively but as ****tructive criticism because I enjoy this game and want to watch it succeed

Mod MMG you implied that SOF was essential income to help fund the ongoing projects you have, dispite it being widely hated on by the majority of the community.

You lost so many players with the release of EOC so my question is why dont you just bring back 06 servers seperate to 2013scape so that the community you so much care about can come back and enjoy the game you killed.

This surely would be a better way to bring in income than the SOF i mean.. Its a win win...

I totally Agree with you I know a Lot of Players that have quit R S over the introduction of EOC in and out of my Clan, and some are very angry over it as well
it is time Jagex started to listen not just say they will.....................

i at fist did not like the evolution of combat but now i do... My one suggestion would be to get rid of the goblin in the middle of the screen upon log in. That way**** will feel more like a real game instead of an app.


Also it would be great if u could play Runescape on a smart phone

I'm really not sure what to say to this but I'll do my best.

Eoc - I was one of the huge haters but sadly it grew on me. Not because I particularly like it, but because if I wanted to continue playing, I had no choice. It hasn't helped the community though. My entire clan left, loads of people left. How is it good for players when they log on one day to find that friends they have had for years had just left? You should do something to get those players back, it's kind of a disgrace that you didn't care enough to give them another option (don't mention momentum! I mean really?)

Gambling - has taken up the entire game. W2 was great. I used to get all the items I needed quickly. Now I can't even go on without freezing from all the spam. I couldn't give a flying monkey about mithril seeds anymore.

Bots - I'll admit, this has been improved. But the fact that as soon as you get rid of these bots, they just come back on a different account really makes no difference.

Items - wth? Bandos...I just...I spent 4 months fishing, bored out of my mind to save up for that and all for nothing. Same with whip, dclaws, dragon...I mean, I spent ages getting money for that. Why did I bother?

SOF/not so much SGS - Come on. I know you guys need money but this is just stupid. I met a guy the other day who had better levels and more money than me in his 2 years than my 8. And he admitted it, he bought loads of spins, as much as he could. It seems RS is an alright game for someone who has mummy and daddy to pay for it all. Which is a total fail for a college student like me paying rent/bills/food.

I suppose I can't rant anymore, though believe me I'd love too, but I think I've covered anything. Except all the free xp but you mentioned in the post that you gave too much away. Please keep to your word! I beg you! You're already my favourite mod, (the only one I still like), don't let me down too!!
