I also hope this year will be less problematic. The new anti-bot weekend last year was great but a bad glitch left me out. I know I was not the only one. No bonuses, no enjoyment. Many of the new updates caused problems for us. Between the massive lag and not being able to logon, it was flustrating.

The eoc beta was full of glitches. I was never able to complete the course because a glitch kicked me out or froze, so no bonus. It was not well explained either. I stumbled through it several times before catching on to some of the nuances.

The sof gave us many new and fun things; however, they maxed out my bank! You couldn't sell them, you couldn't store them in your house. They just sit in your bank.

My request for this year:

A major rework of pohs. Like a room or cabinent or rack to store weapons that are low level and not used, or very rarely used. A place to store sof fun items. Making the house more customizable, with colors and a better variety of items. I use my house for storing less frequently used items as well as the chaple and ports. It would be nice if it got a major upgrade.

@Jamesedison1 What you say about RWT is irrelivent. You can do RWT without giving an advantage in game. SGS is mostly like this with the exception of pets or arguably the bank space. Whereas SOF is not like this and so while we complain it is not out of pure hatred for RWT but for other reasons. One of those reasons being Jagex lied to us about it for years.

Also they sneakily changed what their RWT rule said.

I quite enjoy hearing from you guys. It's a shame that my time zone difference is so large. I don't tend to get as much interaction with the devs as I would like.

That being said, I have great expectations for this year, and I am quite excited about a number of projects that I know are in the works. I've wanted 99 construction since the day it came out, but my funds tend to run a bit dry. Construction is one of my favorite skills, and I am so very excited that it's getting a rework. :D

Stop making this game easier!!! Runespan made it so 99 RC is nothing special now where it used to be elite. So please keep the difficult skills as difficult to master as they are at this point. The amount of max and comp capes is already extremely high compared to what it used to be. If every skill has a training option of being afkable, or 100k+ xp an hour in training than the elite statuses wont keep their same prestige as they have now; which as I mentioned, is already tarnished from what it was several years ago.

I hope this means that certain items such as the TokHaar Kal, Full Slayer Helmets, Abyssal Whip/Vinewhip to name a few are going to be given so much needed attention to bring them back into play.

Hmmm as i read the thread i see lots of hate/dissapointment against jagex.
Still they do not realise what they have done to a major community..

Now the community is totally screwed up by EoC, SoF, and SGS.
I haven't seen so much hate for a long time.

I am very pleased to read this from Mod Mark. I am very pleased with RuneScape in generaland am excited for the future of my favorite game. I think that Jagex overall has been getting better and better over the years, and I will say once more that I am proud to be a part of the Premier Club and proud to just be a member. Thanks Jagex for continuing to develop such a great game!
