others might appear while I am in the process of typing this, but atm there are 81 pages of posts on this thread...I have gone through every single page and "give or take a few" there are, apart from the opening one, exactly 4 posts by Mods (pages 3, 7, 38 and 42) AND those are Forum mods, not a single one form a J Mod !
perhaps its because once Jagex has performed yet another PR exercise and pacified us (or so they tend to think !) with " a new year has dawned...etc etc etc (yawwwwwwn !) they give themselves a pat on the back and sit back and let this thread take its course, (hoping that before too long it'll "die down" ) without taking note of the general tone of the content of the thread.
I too will say "thanks Jagex" but not until we see proof of---> first of all the accounts they have banned, proof in the form of naming and shaming, via RS main page and secondly---> a reassurance from jagex that ban means just that...a ban...not just removal from the game for a specific period, but a total and permanent ban. Anything other than permanent means that in no time at all a bot could return to the game and bot his or her way back to where they were when they got banned.
