As I said on p79 already, I think you should change your strategy regarding the public handling of the bot issue.
To regain trust of your playership start with bot raids until your technical solution is fully set up and really working. Even if it wouldn't really reduce the number of bots, it would set a sign to legit players and botters as well. It would better morale and reduce frustration.
Be more consequent - an account catched botting shouldn't get warnings, it should be banned right away. The player behind can still start out on a new one if he really wants to play, not to bot the game. But most will be farming bots anyways, being lenient with them makes no sense at all.
Don't say you don't have the ressources for frequent bot raids - I'd rather miss out on some new updates (no average player can catch up with all the new stuff anyways) and see some places cleaned and playable again for at least a short time than having to wait for a final solution somewhen in the far future.
It is better to *see* you doing something, even if it has little effect, than to *hear* about you are fighting bots while the game reality we have to experience tells something completely different.
