Bots and Cheaters Banned

Jagex should have a customer support system so you could talk to the supervisers if there is any problems or if you get muted by mistake and you send them an email they send one back with a phone number and you can call them but the number changes everytime so there is no prank call. But if you cant do that and there is only on number and people prank call them ban the number so they cant call anymore.
This would really help to talk to a real person then a computer auto sending you back the same info.

I request that this forum thread be closed.
Obviously we are all angry, about bots rampaging across rs, but getting angry is not the solution.
We have all given practical feedback, and some of us called for action, but i understand that yelling and shouting won't solve this, maybe more p mods or j mods might be able to get somewhere.
Decisive action is required now, obvious the easiest way to get rid of bots is to sell direct to players, but i know that is not in your vision for Runescape.
Tell us your so***ion, lets us know more of your action, a post every now and then is not going to satisfy paying members.
In the past profits have been discussed, and how Jagex was struggling to stay viable as a company, I understand profits and loss, but losing members big time can't be good for business.
Runescape may be your game but the players that work hard for levels, really are the ones that own this game.
