I've been with RuneScape for the majority of its existence (since 2005), and I can honestly tell you that I will never quit this game. I've played hundreds, perhaps thousands of video games, and RuneScape is my favorite. The bots just ruin things for me. They ruined mining in f2p for me years ago, and now I can't train at the bottom of the Grotworm Lair. I'm also annoyed by the private messages I keep getting from people advertising websites.

As for the seaweed, it's what happens when you let a siren play with your hair. I should never have listened to her song.

Its the same with me :) ive no intention of ever leaving rs either (in fact ive just bought the premier club thingymagig). Its just that botting has made some aspects of the game impossible to play! That's why i like thanatos's idea so much!

It is an excellent idea, I'd be pleased to see Jagex implement it. I think lots of people will complain, but lots of people complain whenever Jagex changes anything. I have never, never, never ever ever seen Jagex change something without lots of people complaining. A lot of people seem pretty resentful towards Jagex, I'm not one of them. I really enjoy the changes Jagex has made to the game and I think most of the game's problems are community-related nowadays.

We've asked Jagex to make the game less of a grindfest. They've done it.
We've asked Jagex to improve the graphics. They've done it.
We've asked Jagex to for more high-level content. They've done it.
We've asked Jagex to bring back the Wilderness. They've done it.
And people still whine and complain.

Honestly, Jagex is one of the best companies I've ever seen in regards to listening to their fanbase, but people just love to complain.

I think Jagex has been doing a great job over the years and I have nothing but praise for what Jagex has done with the game.

Botters !!!!

RESPECT it's word that mean loot bud you have to learn understand it !
Respect the people thatwork hard on this game so we can play this beautyful game ,
also this the workers on this game are human and make mistacks ,have respect for the game and tell this people what you found to help him to fix it .

That's mean respect and only that way you can learn to love of this game .
i play now more than 5 years and have my veteraan cape bud i not have any 99 lvl .
bud i have fun and i help new people to learn thing or bring him to the place se needs .
that's what's respect mean ,try this and you will see that this game have more than just day and night ranking for 99 lvl .

succes to all people that have respect this game .and help some new people time to time think on the day we started with this wonderful game .botters spend your time elsewhere please .thx

Finally Jagex is eliminating botters :D
I hated how i would always see people botting off what i was working so hard for, and the price of the item would constantly go down.
Only thing left now is to get rid of all of those bots at the Green Dragons...
