Sadly, though the EoC is intended to make boss fights more engaging and meaningful in the future, it currently devalues the bosses we've got in the live game.
For example, K*D has and always will be considered a mid to low level boss. He's the big baddie of dragons, to be sure, but he's the oldest existing boss we've got, with average quality drops at best. Many of us have been killing KBD since combat 100-110 without too much trouble.
Now? It matters not which combat method, equipment, and food you bring, you will not get nearly as many kills as you did prior to EoC release.
The same is true for GWD Bosses as well.
What is the logic in making Armadyl, who for all intents and purposes is a tier 70 (level 70 gear, where we've got 99 possible levels), much harder to kill, for equipment that is also much less desirable due to the normalization of item tiers (i.e. GWD armor = Barrows armor)
As far as I can see, there is no logic.
The most obvious differences are in the length of time to finish a kill, and the amount of damage being done to the player. KBD shouldn't take near as long as it's taking to kill currently when I'm using a complete full set of pernix, zaryte bow, fury/archer, and Steel Titan + Ovls as a 138 (200).
