Currently on monthly membership, You show little loyalty to those that have been members and players for a long time without breaking the rules so why would I want to tie myself into a years membership. It's not as if I want most of the rewards you are offering for the package.

If you actually banned the bots, and cut the cheats out of the game I might commit to more then one month at a time. At the moment I doubt I will renew membership after this one runs out as you are failing to treat the current players with any respect and are more concerned with ignoring the botting problem and failing to offer affective customer service.

Just when did you lose the ideal of the game being fair for all and progression and item ownership being based on gameplay and not real world purchasing ability? It really is a shame.

Before you hide this calling it a rant. Just remember that I am only telling you why you are pushing me away. Its the sort of feedback most companies like if they care about their customers and not simply about the money.

what about a card and Gold member... will they ALL stack together? ...

like I get pet now, 3 months... + 12... another card in the middle somewhere... 3 months.... so like, will I have 18 months stacked up? >_> I'm A

I bought gold because of the closed beta access and the cosmetics, there are a few I wanted but never bothered to get Game Cards for, also 2000 rune coins is nice! So paying slightly more for 12 months is well worth it in my own opinion.

I think membership time does stack.

So if you get a 3 month game card and buy gold for 12 months you will get 12 months, and then your game card time, 3 months, and then your regular direct debit (if you use one) will continue after that.

Gold membership, knew this was coming at some point.

Betas don't technically count as gold-exclusive content, so you've found the fine print and are tap dancing all over it.

I can't think of anything else you could do to dig yourself deeper.

Honestly, I barely care at this point as long as you don't slip on the quality of your real updates. All I ask is:
-remove yelp's satanic smile
-don't add any more advertisements across the website. I have to clear through 4 on the way to log in, I'm sick of them! Headcanon Haven, where everything is made up and the points don't matter.

I already pay less for a whole year that your current gold package price which claims 22% savings! I would NOT be saving anything, I would be paying more! Unless you want to take my currently monthy price of 5.95 times that by 12 then discount the 22%!! Otherwise it is NOT worth to for me to get the gold package as I would NOT be saving anything!
Edit: You should do this around tax time not at beginning of the year. (for americans anyway, more people would be able to get the gold package, many people will not have that much money just lying around right after x-mas)

Change the current prices of the package to reflect what people actually pay per month as some of us do not pay the current 7.95 per month!! Otherwise you are cheating us!!

Welp, I am getting this sometime next month. Mostly due to the fact this will save me money compared to buying game cards.. This is a steal, the fact that you pay for 2k coins and 12 months of membership for a much cheaper price then compared to me buying game cards from stores.

Those of you having problems with the new premium gifts, avatars, etc I would submit a bug report since that has a better chance of something getting done faster than posting about it in the forums since it takes a long time to get through posts and they do that in between other work.

To submit a bug report, go to the upper right corner and hover your mouse over the "Support" text and choose "Submit a Bug Report". Choose from one of the options there and let them know.
