1) The bloodpouncer will NOT be available with the premium options. Jagex will say (and has always said) it's because it's offering two separate deals so that those who can't afford the premium options won't feel left out of something "special" and can instead get a treat with the game card instead. So if you want this and the premium you'll have to fork out all the cash for both, surprise surprise!
2) Jagex is slow to clarify in regards to payments, so whether this affects the grandfathered rates will be unknown for awhile. I'm guessing it will be treated as if you were using a game card or other specials, meaning that whatever your payment option/amount is currently it will continue after the time expires for the special or card you've bought. So if you've bought 1 month of membership and then get this premium option, it'll pause your 1 month of membership and go off of the premium option until that expires then continue on with your 1 month of membership.
3) Jagex has said before that it will "look into" other payment options aside from credit cards, which as been many years already so if it hasn't been available through other means by now with these deals then I'm sure it won't be available now for the premium option if they didn't mention it.
4) Jagex WILL NOT change the price to be lower for those of us who are grandfathered in due to the extra spins and solomon store coins along with the other extras because they say that it's still "a great deal" (as they've said in the past) even tho it's actually costing us more for those who are grandfathered in. They don't care whether you've gotten every item from game cards or not, if you have then you're out of luck because those were just "extra treats" that came with paying for the game which you had to do anyhow if you wanted membership.
Point is, if it's not mentioned in their supposed "FAQ's" then nothing has changed from the past in regards to payments types or amounts or anything else. Hope that helps.
