Under the T&C, Jagex can ban any account, for any reason they like (or no reason at all), at any time, and do not need to justify that in any way, shape or form. Players accept this in order to play the game.

Therefore, taking Jagex to court because you can't access your account is a non starter.

I for one, can completely sympathise with the OP and others who have shared their frustrations with being suddenly banned for botting out of the blue and having little or no recourse to appeal or have a proper conversation with someone to even investigate the issue.

As I've outlined in previous posts and threads, the Jagex system for guarding against macroing is draconic. It doesn't care for collateral damage, it is economical rather than precise and fair.

The game is/was great, the company stance on treating players/customer base is not so admirable. I think sooner or later this attitude will sink this ship.
