the terms and conditions say if you disagree with an appeal ruling, you can send a letter to them, to their "customer support complaints team" as the t&c says, and havent heard 1 blasted thing from them. i gave them all the information the t&c says, including the email address so it would be ridiculously easy to respond, if i was at fault just help me understand so i can correct whatever went wrong, im a big enough man that i can accept blame if its mine, it could be on their end, i read about an issue with a rogue mod(Trident), i could have been one of his victims, no system is perfect, im not asking them to give me free stuff(armor, weapons, membership), just a little communication with a jagex mod, simple, would take minutes.
they need a real way to be contacted.
i need to speak with a jagex moderator, please.
