the terms and conditions say if you disagree with an appeal ruling, you can send a letter to them, to their "customer support complaints team" as the t&c says, and havent heard 1 blasted thing from them. i gave them all the information the t&c says, including the email address so it would be ridiculously easy to respond, if i was at fault just help me understand so i can correct whatever went wrong, im a big enough man that i can accept blame if its mine, it could be on their end, i read about an issue with a rogue mod(Trident), i could have been one of his victims, no system is perfect, im not asking them to give me free stuff(armor, weapons, membership), just a little communication with a jagex mod, simple, would take minutes.

they need a real way to be contacted. i need to speak with a jagex moderator, please.

How long have you been waiting?

From your other posts I assume you're in the United States - have you properly accounted for the long delivery times possible between North America and the UK, especially during the Christmas season?

And did you send your letter by recorded delivery? If not, it could have got lost on the way.

the first letter was about 2 months ago, the last one was about a month ago, ive been considering trying to send one with something where i can know its recieved, this time addressed to the ceo because no one is bothering to answer, yeah im in the united states, kentucky, its ridiculous its so hard to get ahold of someone, bigger companies have ways to get ahold of them, i dont think its that much to ask. i need to speak with a jagex moderator, please.

this was ages ago

can you send the T&C about sending a letter? as ive not read that before.

but overall they dont have to respond to any letter, they can read it and decide if its worth responding or not.

Even if they do reply, they are highly unlikely to tell you exactly why they thought you were using a macro.

Jagex anti-macro systems rely on the macro-makers not knowing how they work. By telling players how they were caught, it gives the macro-makers the ammo they need to make more resilient bots.

Do you use any third-party software, such as Runelite? There are features on these softwares that are against the rules to use, and could cause the anti-macro software to flag your account.

I'm assuming that the ban appeal you made back in January (judging from what Tuffty said on your other thread) was unsuccessful.

That being the case, your issue has already been looked at again, and you are extremely unlikely to get any different result this time.

i used ONLY the jagex made client. i dont want to know how their system works, and im NOT trying to appeal the ban in this forum, but in printed letters and email if i can just get them to respond to me. i need to speak with a jagex moderator, please.

so?

that doesnt mean you werent botting.

setting up a low speed motor with a paintbrush attached to it, so the brush clicks a mouse every 10 seconds, youll still be using the og client, but you are still botting with the motor and the paintbrush.

there are many bot scripts out there that work with the og client. saying this doesnt change anything.

what we do know is jagex clearly has looked into your account more than once and said yes, this deserves a ban

they can read your lettter and put it straight into the shredder.

they are not obliged in anyway shape or form to contact you.

i dont use bots, im not saying this to try to appeal it here, but to respond to your accusation of using some cheater program, every single action was with my finger, wether on a touch screen, touch pad(laptop) or mouse, ME, and in my letters i explain a great deal more that proves me right. as for "clearly looked", i disagree, hence the letters, and to touch on an issue in this thread about the mod trident, no it wasnt ages ago, it was this year i need to speak with a jagex moderator, please.
