jagex do not need any letter to prove what you are or arent doing. they can see whats happening on there end.

i could give proof that i didnt, which shows they have flaws in their system, if i did give that proof id be accused of trying to appeal it here, and im not, and if they just had a simple email address this could be handled in probably 5 minutes, or would just reply to my letters, through the given email and say something like "woodturner, id like to speak with you in the game, meet me there in private chat", simple. 5 minutes. its not like it takes an arm and a leg, both kidneys and half your liver to just reply back, or make it possible to be contacted. i need to speak with a jagex moderator, please.

again they dont need to reply to your letters, and you cant prove you arent botting from writing it in a letter. because again they dont need that letter to see what has happened with your account.

why would they have a discussion ingame over this? that would be a waste of their time.

i can prove it by pointing out details that should be in their own logs of when a player logs in and out, certain things should be common sense and i point it out in those letters. its not a waste of time to see the right thing done. i need to speak with a jagex moderator, please.

All the tests have been done by Jagex to see if anyone was botting. Jagex found enough proof that the account was botted on. You say it was not you. Then in that case use the Appeal if you have 1. That fails then sorry the account will remain banned. Nothing you or others can do Jagex have done all the checks they need to do.

After all why would Jagex just ban an account like that without proof.

I left this thread open so you could rant a bit about it but nothing further really can be done as the ban is still in place.

You can send 100's of snail mail letters. Jagex do not have to reply or take any further action. The action was taken by them all ready.

I know it's a bad deal but its a deal everyone gets when an account is banned for botting.

You are also trying your best to lay the blame on Ex-Jagex staff. All the issued cased by said Member of Staff has been dealt with and no other actions will be taken. Comprehensive Account Security

Jagex doesnt have a bot detection system.... if they did no bots would be anle to make it level 120 is the botted skill. Go around RS you will see bots level 99+ is just that skill with 100m exp... yet its still going. This is IMPOSSIBLE if they did actually have one.

They do have bot detection

Its an ongoing battle betwee jagex and bot creators.

When bot detection gets better bot scripts get better. And so on.

Jagex does not look thoroughly into botting or have a good system at all. I am in the same situation as Royce, and all my appeals and contact attempts to Jagex over the past 3 years have got nothing back. Jagex and its employees simply dont care about their community or the players, and they openly allow botting to happen. I have seen countless accounts appeal for botting and macroing and getting accepted, offense after offense. Literally repeated Botting offenders keep getting their bans appealed, why? Because jagex is obviously making money from them, whereas honest players who get unjustly banned will not have it appealed because Jagex doesnt give a fuck. Honestly horrible company, never seen a more careless company.
