You’re permanently locked out. Same with if you have the authenticator set up, lose it (new phone, factory reset phone, etc.) and misplace your backup codes. You can’t log in if you can’t authenticate with both factors.

It sounds harsh, but other systems out there that have 2FA have operated that way too. Hmmm... and in order to change the email to one you have access to, you have access to the email that you don't have access to... That is harsh.

I'm writing in regards to your holiday events and the beach. People are really getting tired of the same old same old content. You need to update your events with new content. People don't even want to participate in these special events because they are boring. The beach is exactly the same as it was last year and you need to redo the beach with different skill sets, new products, new pets, etc. I'm a prime member and paid for an entire year in advance and if your special events are going to be the same every year I don't think I will pay for another year of Prime.
