Good, as you should.

It's pretty warm here. Ngl I'm pretty happy we get a second heatwave as I tragically missed the first one due to being horrifically ill.

I'm also in the NORTH, though just in England. I'd like to visit Scotland sometime tho

The folks here obviously toe the line, so I need some advice. Where would I go to introduce a new rule? One that specifically bans troublesome behavior.

How it has slipped through the cracks for 20 years is a matter worthy of scientific research.

Would I email that to Jagex, or post it on HLF, General? Recent updates would be an amazing spectacle, because the news helicopters would have to compete with all the mods swooping in for the cleanup in aisle 3.

Eventually there would be so many police, rescue and military helicopters in the air that they would all cancel out and render the air unflyable. It's bad for business so I will try to avoid it.

Depends on what you mean by "troublesome behavior".

Just because you might personally disagree with how ppl are acting doesnt mean they should get punished.

Like youve said, its best to ignore ppl you dislike.

It's the perfect rule, set to replace all others. Just take a basic random definition from google.

Like this one from Cambridge, which is the last known hiding place of Batman. Troublesome:

Causing a lot of problems for someone.

Causing worry or anxiety.

Causing problems or difficulties.

Easy money. We got like 10,000 witnesses to clean this place up.
