@Scaperune, Hi, I agree, the numbers did show some fluctuation however they remained consistent & well within range of one another.
Maybe the author of the post reached for the asterisk instead of the letter 'i'? Pretty sure that the forum censor remains disabled since I have read more than the 'normal' amount of curse words being used lately within posts. Maybe we will get some stats from CM on the amount of curse words posted for the month of July in association with RunePass like we got for the word 'bump'.

I was the author of that post and I even went back to check what would happen if I changed asterisk back to an i. It got censored again. It's just weird.

MS: 'There were 15,603 posts on OSRS exclusive Forums (not RuneScape) in the past week, which is an impressive number, however not when you consider that 12,258 (78.56%) of those posts were in Old School Clans.'
MC: 'For the month of June we had: 6,267 threads, 153,967 posts (38,901 of those are bumps). Clans are roughly 40% of all content.'
Opinion : MS numbers would appear to be within the range of the numbers for post count for the OSRS forums that are provided within this thread. MC numbers appear to be low for a monthly total (if that is what that number represents).

It does not require you to either be in the office or connected to the VPN using a work machine (as using a Mod account on the Forums does), these other platforms are in short-form format, and they can be accessed on mobile devices.'
Opinion : To use this as a reason for not posting to RSOF is so 2011. The old adage 'show me the money' fits here since both reddit & twitter posts are time stamped. All anyone has to do is is look at those time stamps to note that the time spent posting on both of those platforms is done during work hours rather than during off work hours.

@Miu, Hi, yes I remember. I allude to that major PR blunder in the updated OP since that 'rule change' was the catalyst that led to the so called 'new' relaxed version of posting rules that was suppose to be the foundation for less moderation on RSOF.
I also remember because as an impartial bystander in that matter who presented information on that controversy about the 'rule change' through the use of JMOD TIDBITS I inadvertently got caught up in the drama too.
It was the first time in over ten years of posting JMOD TIDBITS on RSOF that what a Jmod had said on social media was subject to moderation that resulted in a hidden post on RSOF. In other words, what the Jmod had communicated on the controversy on social media was deemed unsuitable for the eyes the community on RSOF because according to the moderation message here & messages on the MRT, the Jmod 'discussed specific account information' & 'named & shamed'.
This is all documented within the content of this thread as I was very transparent in my quest for clarity & long story short, because that issue did take awhile to resolve, right always wins out in the end & that Jmod Tidbit was unhidden, thereby deemed suitable for the eyes of the RSOF community.

I posted a reply to Mod Lyon thanking him for the 50 Treasure Hunter Keys on the Did the Imgur tag break? by Blackwing Qfc 278-279-91-66024213 thread. I also asked him a 'what say you' question? As much as I appreciated the gesture of him bestowing my account with 50 Treasure Hunter Keys I wanted to know if I could trade those Treasure Hunter Keys for something that would benefit the whole forum community. I was hoping for a reply back from Mod Lyon but the author of that thread had it locked.
Sure there was a chance that Mod Lyon might not of replied back but I think he might of though. So I am going to post that reply to Mod Lyon here where he doesn't have to override a lock placed by an FMod to reply, that is if he wanted to.
Odds:
A 50-50 chance of either receiving a reply or not makes it worthwhile to recap the conversation here on a thread that isn't locked that allows for a reply.

This is the post that I was hoping for a reply from Mod Lyon on but like I mentioned, the thread I posted this reply to was locked:
I am just like most of the RSOF community members, we all contribute & help out on RSOF the best way we can without wanting any recognition or reward. As much as I appreciated that kind gesture I was not looking for any recognition or a reward. Tbh I am a bit embarrassed that I was given a reward.
I love to write letters, so I saw an opportunity to write one with the hope that it would be helpful. I got lucky & it was helpful.
The receipt of 50 Treasure Hunter Keys did allow me an avenue to continue my advocacy for an ingame RSOF forum title for the RSOF community. I am not the only one on RSOF who has advocated for this either before & especially after Mod Shauny handed out an ingame Wikian title to RSW members back in 2016.
I mention this in the opening post in terms of the promised ingame title that Mod Shauny had said the other official Jagex fansites would get way back in 2016. I also mention this within the content of this thread in terms of an ingame RSOF forumer title that Mod Balance had promised was in the works in his reply on the Game Titles: "the Forumer", qfc 373-374-983-65737674 thread back in 2016.
