My point was... Because the threads moderation is not transparent and is subjective, the FMR is exactly the same, thus supporting the idea of having it removed. Jagex appointed some players as Fmods and called it a day. If you report a fmod for abusive behavior, or whatever reason, you are basically reporting jagex/jmods indirectly-for their action of appointing some players with 0 management skill. Thats why most of the times the FMR responses from jmods are ''the fmod in question acted correctly''. Fmods are jmods pets, they will never be sanctioned in any way.

But this does happen - within the last couple of months, for example, an FMod lost their position because of issues with their moderating style.

In addition, JMods DO revise and reverse FMod actions/decisions on occasion.

Total crap. Most of the current FMod team have actually been around for longer than the JMods you think appointed them. Removing an FMod does not reflect on the choices made by any of the current JMod Staff who use the forums.

Better eat my comments then. If you dont like them thats your problem. Ive rarely used the forums, by that I mean I read more than post, but Ive been around here for quite some time and seen how the fmods and FMR work. Dont start threads in which you ask for feedback only to start complaining that its not the feedback you expected. The above arguments are the only reason I would remove the FMR. On the FMR thread I see the jmods active so removing FMR because the moderating jmods arent fast enough isnt a valid argument for me.

Every single JMod that gets assigned to these forums all start out great, get huge pat on the back from the forumers, the JMods are hyped up, put on a pedestal, then this happens - the disappointing threads.

You all must know it will always end up like this...

They just don't care a awful lot...
