Even when I try to log in on a members world it says you need a members account
To log in. When I'm logged in and I am clicking on the mobile world's it doesn't switch
It just makes the tink sound. Like I said though it just tells me I am already member .
Do you want to cancel it completely and let me purchase it again?

Hmm, Ok. It does sound like you're signing into the wrong account - even if you think it's right. I assume you have multiple accounts? See Mod Zig's advice below

so I've been trying to play today and the game keeps crashing every 5 minutes. and it got worse, everytime I try to access my bank or ry to walk somewhere else it crashes. I thought it was because it needed updated so I updated it and it still crashes just as bad and I have no clue how to fix it. any suggestions?
Can we please know more about your crashes - which error messages do you receive? On which operation system (i.e Windows destktop, mobile) do you play? For the meantime, try these steps.
Please ensure that your graphics and operation system drivers are
up to date
. You can also try running in compatibility mode
Compatibility issues
Please clear your client cache. Once you're back in lobby, sit there for 30 ish minutes.
Open
developer console
and type
Please check that your device meets the
required specifications
. If you have Windows operation system, run
dxdiag
to fetch your specifications.
Quite possible the solution is listed on this page regarding connection issues.

Thought I'd see what happens when trying to contact support to make a complaint as Kari suggests as it's always nice to have ways of contacting support
Go to the T&Cs
Go to complaints click the given link to contact us page
select contact customer support
Line on that page:
"If you would like to make a complaint please see section 20 of our Terms and Conditions."
@Wilf - understood. That could be clarified a little.
Post updated btw; enough time was allowed to see it anyway - it appears we have some FH vigilantes about, which I don't believe use of these forums is within the "spirit" of
