Totally off topic, I am talking about veterans, long-time regulars, dismissing rules & regulations and continuously misplacing threads in the wrong forums, thus on purpose.
This is not off topic. What I see that you are missing is that most misplaced threads, if not all, are misplaced by new users. I have yet to see a veteran misplace a thread in General within the last few months. In fact, I went through the first 10 pages of General and not one moved thread was created by a "veteran"...

General
For any RuneScape topic not covered by the other forums
and how this forum is being abused by forum regulars/veterans as a sort of claim that they can use this forum how they would like and when, disregarding Rules they in the past have agreed upon in discussions about this forum.
This problem, in General, is not a mistake nor an issue of Moderation
but more or less some disrespectful behavior of forum regulars/veterans, players who know The RSOF well enough and frequently/daily visit those forums of RuneScape to voice their opinion...

... If "veterans" were creating misplaced threads in General or any other sub-forum for that matter, I am pretty sure that it would have been quoted. You have yet to quote a misplaced thread by a "veteran". Now, if you you consider yourself a "veteran", then you misplaced your thread in General and it was moved to Rants. If that's the case, the only "veteran" that misplaced a thread, as far as I could find, was you. See:
Jagex you are UNFAIR
...
Huh Huh, nice bait, nice try.
I'll explain what went wrong with me ... and occasionally went wrong in the past ... being dutch/dutch citizen we have a "more direct way of expressing ourselves" not beating around the bush nor posting a lot of hugs & kisses which made me more than once end up in Rants not because that's my intension but more or less our hard/direct way of discussing things. Nor was it my intension to purposely misplace a thread.
I can name threads & players but I am prohibited to name & shame players for whatever reasons. Which is a good thing?
I am not targetting new players or less frequent players, just long-time regulars/veterans.
The following threads are current as of this post of mine.
Page 1 of General:
1.
NEED MOD HELP (moved)
: OP has 36 posts and the only thread visible on their Forums profile is this one.
2.
Reguarding my account. (moved)
: OP has 4 posts and the only thread visible on their Forums profile is this one.

The moment you are bumping someone else's thread another player is hinted that you, being the OP, are present looking forward to new/different/more feedback.
It also gives the impression that there are more players present in a forum, although the counter suggests otherwise.
Another issue is, that you create a situation that a player persistently likes to be on page 1 of a forum but it isn't actually the OP him-/herself bumping a said thread.
2_Tron, you have been here a long time so I am sure that you know the reason why Moderators have the ability to bump threads. If there is a disruptive user posting multiple threads and these get locked/hidden, then this means that other active threads are being pushed down and are not readily visible anymore. As soon as the Moderator(s) in question finishes their housekeeping, then they will try their best to restore order by bumping those threads back to the first page.
This tool isn't there to mess up with your own ability to bump your thread. It's there for extreme circumstances and if used, the Moderator must have a very good reason to do so. If it helps, my own thread
RE: Political Discussions
was also bumped by a Moderator. I'm just not sure if it were Louiellen or not. I didn't have a problem with it. It simply means that it was brought back up to the first page after some housekeeping. As always, if that concerned you that much, you are always welcome to report a Moderator's actions to FMR, but I'm sure you knew that
.
Bullshit ... total bullshit ... as it messes up my forum appearance and that of other RuneScape Community Players as well as The RuneScape Community.
Quite frankly I call that rigging statistics for the love of a shinier picture.

Again, this issue is nonexistent. I have shown you proof that veterans are NOT misplacing threads in General, with the exception of your own thread that was moved to Rants. I went through the first ten pages of General and I did not find one misplaced thread by a veteran. Where did you get this idea from? Are you able to quote a thread that was misplaced by a Forums veteran other than yourself? I have yet to find one ever since you created this thread.

The above are only the first three pages of General. Do you see a pattern? I do not see any veteran misplacing threads.
Is this a joke? ... why talk about threads that are already moved out of General? LOL
I talk about threads that still exist in General, threads of long-time players/veteran players.

How is this a joke? You are speaking about misplaced threads and I went ahead to look for threads that have already been moved. Which threads already exist in General that were created by veterans and must be moved? If that's the case, then you could have used Forum Help to ask an F-Mod to move the thread to the correct location and you did not have to create this thread.

Numbers never lie and I have quoted all the threads that have been misplaced and moved out of General within the first ten pages and NONE were created by veterans, as you claim. Now, you just mentioned something else...you are now focusing on threads that, apparently, do not belong in General but are still there, for some reason. Again, do you mind directing us to such threads? In any case, if someone believes a thread is misplaced -- either by a new user or a veteran -- Forum Help can solve the issue, as long as the thread itself is indeed in the incorrect sub-forum.
