Doesn't matter if it was the last gorilla on the planet. I would shoot it dead to save a human.
It stems from a culture of unmoral and indifferent, selfish, and spoiled people who have no sanctity of life. They don't bat an eye when soldiers or cops or unborn babies are killed, yet cry over a dangerous gorilla who could have easily killed that child.
Pretty sad what has became of people.

well tbh, it could probably do it better then a human when trained, and not only that, itd work as an attraction and bring in more money for less pay.....

sure life is precious, it was a sarcastic comment, like most on this thread, but if it upsets you that much, then take it out on the humans, they are the ones at fault, and all life is equally precious, not just those in the western world that you so care about you up yourself righteous jerk, care about all life not just that in the west and i might one day even have the smallest amount of care for your small minded opinion

should of shot the kid to preserve the gorillas life but now instead we have some kid on the loose will probably turn into some high school massacre killer when hes older because of this experience and will kill hundreds of people :[

I actually agree with, Tarth. I can't believe people would defend a random gorilla's life over an innocent little kid's life.

Yes, we can all agree that the parents were extremely irresponsible and stupid, but we're talking about a child here. I'm sad that they had to shoot that gorilla over this, but that child could've been seriously injured or killed. I mean, it's not like that kid threw himself into the cage willingly like that other suicidal guy and the lions.

I've seen people be like "they should've let that kid die, poor gorilla" and I can't believe my eyes to be honest.
