Sorry for off-topic, but is that the new Fire Emblem which' trailer got released recently?
Any idea where I can find more information on it?
Sorry for the reply. don't think there's any more information for the moment. just that in japan the next title for Fire Emblem was named Fire Emblem If. think they usually use the word IF (in english) to mean something like "What if", like how X doesn't mean X but it could mean Cross. like Mega Man X-Over.
got it, insect glaive is op for mounting, gets up, start humping it again
bow feels more viable
chargeblade looks amazing..... if only i could use it.....
best news ever was no underwater fights, those things annoyed the crap out of me,
means no gobul, so no wall to get stuck and force me to lance
expeditions are amazing, by far one of the best additions ive seen so far, along with guild quests
was really glad to hear its internet useable! but as im on a mobile phones internet.... i sadly cant, but if i get better net, id be glad to play with anyone if they can put up with a noob =]!
on a side note, where the frig do i get paddock oil? i think its from tetsucabra but im not sure....
overall id give it a 9.5/10 for being easier to get into and more fun with mounting mechanics and new skills on all weapons
I picked it up Friday morning and have now sunk in 25 hours into the game. I'm at 5-star village quests and just got assigned three new hunts (Zinogre, Rathalos, and something else). I haven't been doing too much weapon/armor upgrades so at this point Zinogre is too much for me to handle (unless if I can dodge more). Used up 10 potions and 10 mega potions and it wasn't limping or looking too tired yet so I abandoned the quest lol. I need to grind for some better gear.
As far as the Gathering Hall/Guild Quests/Online mode, I haven't started yet. It's a part of the franchise that I love (teaming up with other players online) but I want to be self-sufficient first. Upgraded kitchen to everything 2-star except meats, upgraded the item multiplier guy to 2 star mushroom patches and beehives. That way I can get potion and mega potion supplies efficiently for online.
Now I probably want to upgrade to some 5-star village quest's weapons/armors. Then I'll venture into the online world

@Squallsy, thanks for the feedback! Nice to hear your opinions of the game. I also love the fact they did away with underwater fights! I hated them!
As far as expeditions, I haven't gone on too many of them lol. I don't usually find any rusted armor/weapons and I hate how you don't get as many rewards as finishing a quest. But maybe I'll give them another shot.
Paddock oil is from the Tetsucabra! It is like 30% chance to be gained from a shiny it drops. Also, you won't get it from carving the body after hunting it. So I'd suggest capturing it or completing the subquest during the quest itself. That seemed to reward me paddock oils sometimes.

@sagittair, Very nice! I wanted that limited edition 3DS XL but it sold out in the first or second day! I didn't jump on the opportunity early enough
Good luck on the questing!
I'm glad to hear a few other players are as excited as I am about this game!
@Andrey138
doing the expeditions unlocks the abiltiy to get the creatures you fight in guild quests, youl get hteinfo aobut it at the end when you hear about the eco point faces and stuff, you can then set them to be a guild quest through the menu, and then go to the guild hall and rather then clicking 1 star, click guild quests at the bottom
which are then a specific level, velocidrome 1, yian-kut-ku is 6 i believe, you can then level these to increase the chance of getting rusted or battered,
1-30 = low rank, not sure for high rank or g rank though
theres also a free mega starter pack for those who have updated to 1.1
