Diet
The most important part of getting into fit and healthy shape. People tend to lose the big picture with all these diets out there, literally anything works because at the end of the day it's always about how many calories go in your body, everything else is just secondary

tldr; calculate your TDEE to see how many calories you burn each day. Eat less (or more) calories than that. Use MyFitnessPal or similar to help track what you eat each day.
Exercise
tldr; Lift heavy shit. Or run a lot. Or both, I don't care.
