I searched the forums and there was only one relevant thread in the low level section lol. Certainly not all maxed players are locked in their basements. How about a thread talking about fitness and shit like that, ie:

-proper nutrition
-weight gain/loss
-muscle gain
-helping others
-milestones
-other exercise, etc

I don't know if this will work, but hopefully some people are interested.

Diet
The most important part of getting into fit and healthy shape. People tend to lose the big picture with all these diets out there, literally anything works because at the end of the day it's always about how many calories go in your body, everything else is just secondary

tldr; calculate your TDEE to see how many calories you burn each day. Eat less (or more) calories than that. Use MyFitnessPal or similar to help track what you eat each day.

Exercise

tldr; Lift heavy shit. Or run a lot. Or both, I don't care.

I blame Fluids for this thread. That guy has been obsessed about working out for the past 2 years.. to the point it's almost unhealthy (as perceived by me on the forums).

As for staying fit, I play tennis and throw disk with friends. I have no trouble keeping up calories or bulking! lol, with any amount of motivation I could bulk up quite nicely actually. It's just not something I'm interested in.

Edit: My focus, rather than bulking, is on endurance, stamina, lung capacity, etc., but I don't kill myself over it. I just workout habitually as part of my day-to-day schedule. I don't consider myself athletically above average though, and I'm not the type seeking out some powder to mix with water for protein and nutrients. I ramble...
