Currently bulking, following an adaptation of this program https://www.t-nation.com/workouts/lift-3-days-a-week-and-grow
Doing that 4x/week with a few additional exercises, probably totals to 8-10h/week don't really count but if you just do the exercises in there can do each workout in under an hour, it's a very nice one and easy to get into and you can just use low weights to learn proper form for your exercises
Nutrition wise I'm on 3.1k cals moderate protein low fat and filling with carbs
And my goals I'm not sure, I'm sitting at 170ish pounds, 10% BF, would like to go up an additional 30 pounds
