Bodybuilding

Start: 68kg, 20% fat, 178cm
Now: 68kg, 9% fat, 178cm
Goal 90kg, 6% fat

Food healthy food only, only allow cheatmeals on birthday.
Lol, just kidding I skip cheatmeals on birthday.

Just staying 6-10% bodyfat and slowly gaining muscle mass I guess. Fk heavy bulking and cutting.
I've gone from an activity player to an inactive player.

Lol at guys giving advise here. Most of them dont know what they are talking about. Come back if you squat 200kg or more for reps.

LOL @ THINKING THE ONLY FITNESS GOAL IN LIFE IS TO REP BIG

arent big muscles useless weight that looks hideous and make you pathetically weak in an actual fighting situation?

idk if you've seen real fighters, but they aren't body builders. They got a lot of muscle but it isn't bulk body building muscles. They need to be strong yet flexible.

beyond that fact people train for many different things, such as endurance as a bicycle rider. You don't want any excess weight you don't need, plus endurance muscles are different than your short burst muscles

i was under the impression there was 3 types of muscle, endurance, burst and a combination of the two, and you were genetically predetermined to which one your body had and changing your muscle type was hard but can be done slowly over an extended time

and when i talk about muscle size and not, people like broad shouldered football players actively seem like they only thing they could do is a brock lesnar and sit on someone so they cant get up

Endurance is like lots of reps or cardio.
burst (I think you mean pure strength), just powerlifting
bodybuilding is sort of a combination of two, not for pure strength, nor for pure endurance.

Muscular does not mean big lol, very big is generally just both muscular and fat (American football players).

when it comes to this kind of thing, i did australian boxing as a highschooler, and the rest of any my physical fitness training came from 1 on 1 chinese martial arts, so when i compare what im normally told about and trained with, which is asians of various shapes and sizes, compared to the 'western' versions seen in america and what not, muscle size tends to be all media cares for
