clearly you have no clue what you're talking about. In the base sense of gaining muscles, one isn't better than the other, because all you're ever doing is resistance training.
On another note, they are better in different situations, if you're able to incorporate weights and band training together then you'll get a better workout.

Weights are actually better than bands.
lol nah bands are better
Bands are a lot better because the resistance is distributed evenly unlike weights being topheavy. Just don't go jew and buy cheap bands, you might have a black eye for the holidays.

Lol at guys giving advise here. Most of them dont know what they are talking about. Come back if you squat 200kg or more for reps.
LOL @ THINKING THE ONLY FITNESS GOAL IN LIFE IS TO REP BIG
arent big muscles useless weight that looks hideous and make you pathetically weak in an actual fighting situation?

idk if you've seen real fighters, but they aren't body builders. They got a lot of muscle but it isn't bulk body building muscles. They need to be strong yet flexible.
beyond that fact people train for many different things, such as endurance as a bicycle rider. You don't want any excess weight you don't need, plus endurance muscles are different than your short burst muscles
