Update: 3.1.8.14

Some new options (sexy drag & drop interface) that allow you to choose your own colour tags.

RS Linkify now uses it's own routines for all BB tags, eliminating the scroll bug. I've made the cursor position for link and QFC tags more intuitive when inserting tags and when wrapping tags around selected text.

There is some other little things too, but it's all listed under option --> updates
