So now I have no contractual agreement with my ISP (as that was cancelled), I have no ISP, or internet by them, no way to phone my ISP to organise for an engineer to come around and install a new line, and their email systems are busy.
People on their Facebook page are complaining, especially small business that hosted their websites via them. Apparently people are being quoted 10-14 days for an engineer to come around.

I don't know if it's a possibility for you, but a 3G connection might see you through until another network is established.
I hope you get something sorted asap.

I bought a 4g WiFi hotspot, it's quite expensive though (£20/4gb or £10/1gb if I want "Super fast" - Not sure what I'm on at the moment, but it's fine for PvM, my ping is usual). Just have to limit my foruming and I should be fine
