@MichaeISword, I did that with photoshop. But you could with pixlr too. I think their feather tools achieve pretty much the same results.

Wow thanks Blasty, I'm uploading a fix right away.

Version 3.0.3.9 should be live very soon, I'm just waiting for google to push it out.

Your post will look different, after the update. Not sure if I'll change that later, but for now I just want to get it sorted.

The update is now live, I'm curious to know if what I did is water tight so feel to try and break it. Big thanks again :)

I'll play around with it soon :P I noticed it because it didn't work for the image below:

the url has ' in it so the image wouldn't load

Also I noticed sometimes smileys break urls, e.g.:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v =O MTuWj2_OPA

What do you think about fixing them so for example the above would become:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=
%4f
MTuWj2_OPA

(Currently linkify doesn't accept youtube urls with uri encoded parameters)

This would have to happen on post submit.
