When you do what Keighlea said, it puts the time into the URL in seconds-only, whereas Blasty's way gives minutes+seconds.. I guess that is probably the cause :q
Or at least something to do with it..

Also I just noticed something else. If you use the capital HTTP to "spoiler" an image, you can't left click on the image to open it in a new tab
Right click the image -> Open in a new tab
Also, Keighlea, tested video url options below.

Used video at current time: (edited url to divide seconds, creating mins & secs)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=eOcyLvrkvdo#t=17m48s
So, this was using video at current time: (added 's' to the end of the url)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=eOcyLvrkvdo#t=1069s
Both work, so just be sure to add the 's' at the end of the url, Keighlea... Because embedding can't work with a time value that has no quantity.
Which, is why it isn't working Amae
Also, Indy... I think embed video is having the same problem as the embed images did a while ago, with page and post being confused perhaps? But I am unable to embed more than one video per post... Here's my current settings:

For a long time the youtube links obtained via right clicking didn't even work on youtube pages, for the majority of RS Linkify's existence that format didn't work properly.
As Blasty pointed out the share option is the way to go. It always formats correctly and the link is half the size. It has proven to be 100% reliable over time.
@Toastcrumbs, thanks for that I'll take a look at it, I should have it updated later today.
