I've done a few flowcharts, diagrams and other messy sketches and it's looking good. I'm doing a web design internship right now so I've learnt a few things that have helped me plan. :)

Right now I'm creating templates for each page to get the styling right.

This is the poll page so far, demonstrating the 3 question types:

The poll page template is just about done aside from adding some navigation/links to the bottom and adjusting the margins and horizontal separators. Any feedback or suggestions could be helpful as I continue :)

I have the results, creation and 'my polls' pages to make before I polish up flow charts and rework the back-end.

Non-linkify users will just see a url which will look like this:

http://hlf-polls.appspot.com/1

Linkify users will see the embedded poll.

I think it makes sense to only allow the thread to be embedded in the first post of a thread and only shown as a link otherwise.

Feel safe to just swap the codes and delete the ones with the smaller flags and replace them with the ones I showed you.
I wouldn't want "J Morgan" spammed all over the avatar gallery, besides, I will never touch the small flags again!
