The guy told you he was merching right? That's why he's on buy limit? If you had spent a few more seconds to think, how this guy is going to turn a profit with such a high buy price, you'd have realised it.

Put simply, you're wrong... And, to put it into perspective for you, people do crazy things, like drive into trees when they're over tired all the time. It was just a bad lapse in judgement.

it takes a certain amount of cognition to purchase something or trade with someone though, driving into a tree is because you passed out from exhaustion, not the same at all @Chee__RS
