I am one of the few who's never been scammed, but I can tell you a story of how someone attempted to scam me.

Was asked to follow into wilderness and told they were doing a 1 million coin giv eaway, I could see the hefty looking coin pile laying on the ground at wilderness level 9 or 10, so I told him to wait so that I could visit bank quickly.

I went to grab runes for telegrabbing and made a grab from distance, pile was only worth 50 001 coins to make it look like it was big one and ran away with it, they clearly lied like I could smell it, hence why I telegrabbed to really see how much it was, this happened in the old days so it was actually common for people to fall for this, they just picked the wrong player in this case.

I've actually fell for this, sucks but that was back in the day when I was both a child and a gullible fool. I am now neither. Plus, who really goes into the wildy now?
