Grinding skills for months on end is no fun at all and it's this type of mentality that has destroyed RS - where everyone thinks they have to get 120/200M all just to fit in/feel like they're good.

Really miss the times people actually played for fun, rather than just finding out the most efficient methods for things....

+1 people really do not socialize much either because they consider it experience waste.

ALL SKILLS TO 200 MILL XP NOW!

And then raise the cap to 1000 MILL XP. Yeah. That would sort out the filthy casuals from the pros. I failed to keep my New Year's resolution before I even made it.

Completing the game means completing the lore. Not making all skills 120. Several years ago a friend told me Quest cape is about completing the game with mid level skills. Maxing is purely about leveling skills to max. It is not important in finishing game.

Look at 120 Slayer. Now tell me that amazing update needs to happen to every skill. If Slayer would've been more than a cookie cutter mob with bad drops given multiple names and slight tweaks to mechanics: could've been fun. But it's the same thing as ever. Updating woodcutting to have 3 new types of wood, trained the same way as ever, at about the same XP rate as ever would be an amazing update. We need them to get right on it.

Invention and 120 slayer have shown that Jagex is basically incapable of making a skill go to 120. Dungeoneering only worked because the xp curve actually increased every other level and the only changes were the color of the rooms and which monsters/bosses you fight.

What people actually forget about Dungeoneering, before the nonsense of sinkholes and challenges, is that it was actually a form of raids. They could of done so much more with it.

what are you on about?

other skills are limited and only cb skills can go to 120 cause we gonna get t99 weps and "things will only go higher"....

How about using runecrafting and smithing, AND crafting .... to over time craft pieces that can actually make t98 or something, so if you don't want to boss, you can invest your time into skilling and crafting a weapon. Runescapes crafting system is a joke and could be 1000x better & more useful.
