I'm surprised that combats are not also going to 120 w/ the 120 slayer update, seemed like the perfect timing imo. I'd be more surprised if everything did not go to 120+ in a couple of years.

From what I hear there will be a 3 month grace period for slayer for players that own comp at the time of the update. Could be wrong though I don't remember where I saw it.

yes they will, may not be soon but eventually. tbh i think it should this year all skills to be 120 even if theres no content for 120, so many people are already doing it with no content. just gives them time to actually plan it out. but make people aware it will happen
