My recommended:
Weapons
: Precise 5, Aftershock 3
Shield
: Bulwark 3 unless using achto
Ult weapon switch
: Planted Feet
Armour
: Biting 3, Impatient 3 & Devoted 3
Armour
: Crackling 3, Absorbtive 3 Or Planted Feet or other

While what he said is probably the most dps with perks and i had this setup, however it might not be the most ideal on certain bosses. First of all i noticed that aftershock and crackling seems to both activates at the same time if you had both. Both perks activates whether you want it to or not. That is kinda scary at high enrage araxxor and when path 1 is open where a mirrorback can spawn. Both of these perks going off at once will dropped you from max hp to nothing easily. Also aftershock can be very unreliable at times as it will activate on a dying enemy making you waste it...with an unmentioned 1 min cd on top of the 50k req and does less dmg than crackling while costing nearly 100 times more lmao.

Therefore i think the overall best imo is just use precise 5 and eq 3 on the weapon and crack 3/absorb 3 imp 3 dev 2 and +1 other for armor of your choice. This setup trys to maximizes dps while minimizing drawbacks with perks for everything in general. Also this lets you use your weapon with void/t90/any unaugmented gear while retaining the 2 biggest dps boosting perks.

This is what i plan on putting in my gear

Weapons:
Melee
Precise 5 Lunging 3
Range/mage
Precise 5 aftershock 3
Armour
Top: biting 3/ turtling with venomblood
Bottom: crackling 3 / devoted 3 / impatient 3
Shields: absorbative 3
No planted foot as the math was redone and it was proven worthless

Lunging also makes slaughter weaker doesn't it?

Glad we agree on this, I have this setup on absolutely everything and I like it. Usually put Efficient 2 + Venomblood onto the spare slot, works nice for Greg or Araxxor :)

Why arent u putting lunging over aftershock on melee weapons as the damage boost to dismember is greater then the one 2.4k hit per min off aftershock
I actually forgot Lunging worked with dismember (since walking doesn't affect its damage).

I'm still waiting for them to say something about the 1 minute cooldown on aftershock being intended or not.
