Check the sheet data, I fixed the biting numbers.

Biting doesn't work AT ALL atm, even after bugfix it will not trigger with sliske armour set to tusk spec (warpriest cancels perks, like sara warpriest cancels lucky), so atm best 3-gizmo is prec 5 eq 3 crackling 3 for 14-17% increase, where the better your ability rotation and the more you ult the lower improvement a flat dmg hit will have.

After biting is fixed though, yep it will.
