Unknown if weapon gizmos only, which will be BAD because precise and equilibrium, currently the best perks, are wep only

Perks require components AND tier 6 reputation in that faction.

Lunging 3
Max dmg of Combust, Dismember, Frag shot is 174%(+30%), but enemies that move will only take 261% dmg (-20%)

Nobody knows yet if the new perks are wep or any.
Nobody knows yet which component is which perk.

BIG update:

Caroming
- 5x Shadow Components Weapon only - Chain and Ricochet hit 6 targets(+3). VERY useful for slayer or path 1 Araxxor, but since it's only available on weapon gizmos it's a bad perk on a weapon used for 1v1 or bossing.

Aftershock
- 5x Ilujankan Components Weapon only - 120% aoe dmg proc per 50k dmg dealt, so it helps more the higher your base dmg. Very good gizmo, put on offhand so it's not wasted when tanking.

Lunging
- 5x Avernic Components Weapon only - Max dmg of Combust, Dismember, Frag shot is now 174% (Increase of 30%), but enemies that move will only take max 261% dmg (Decrease of 20% for mage/range). Only useful for melee because you should always walk your target which means this perk makes range/mage even worse. Static targets (Eg Har-aken, Yakamaru) are rare and the perk does not boost enough in any case.

Planted Feet
- 2x Cywir Components Weapon gizmo - Sunshine, Death's Swiftness, Berserk last 37.8s,25.8s (+7.8s,+5.8s duration), damage boost under the ultimates becomes 40%,80% (Decrease of 10%,20%), and the DOT of targets under shine/swiftness becomes 8-16% (Decrease of 2-4%). Store perk on alternate weapon switch to not lose gizmo space on your PvM weapons.

Basically, all new perks are weapon only . With many free armour gizmo slots and not much dps to squish in together, that means that it's totally cool again to make rank 3's instead of packin

If you're willing, nix the armour gizmos (absorbtive, lucky) for biting and niche, put Aftershock on weapon.
