I'd just go for honed 5 furnace 3 to be honest. Enlight 3 on the rod should only be used if you care about getting the pet as fast as possible, and even in that case you might be better off making future proof perks like honed 5 and furnace 3 instead of a temporary furnace 3 honed 4. The latter is the result of 4 sharp 1 dragonfire by the way, as for the chance to get it, I can tell you for sure that it won't be high. Hi

You'd only want them together if you want enlight 3 on another gizmo. Enlight 3 gives more invention xp, but I don't think it's worth it. I'd take 2-7% more fishing (and invention) xp over 9% invention. Hi

Update/warning

With fortunate components 800k and rising, it's no longer affordable for hoarding components.

Which means you can't use one component for hoarding.

Which means you can't make Crackling 3 hoarding.

If you use biting 2 not 3 you can do
Biting 2 Hoarding - direct x3 refined/pious
Crackling 3 Mobile - explosive x4 dextrous (shortbows)

Was Hoarding ever something seriously used or was it just something extra to throw on back when Fortunate Comps were dirt cheap?

Also aside from cost is there ever a reason to use Equilibrium 3 over Aftershock 3? Precise 5 would be the other weapon perk since I'm not rich enough for attempting P5E2. Seems to me that any weapon you might want Equilibrium 3 on you'd also still want Aftershock 3 for the AoE on slayer tasks.
