When trying out some combos with materials I thought it may be very rare to get both demon slayer and biting 2 w/o using ancients comps. Glad this wasn't the case and you can still get it quite inexpensively just like biting 2 + dragon slayer. ;) Feel free to take a look at my suggestions: 200m xp prestige

Indeed, the patch has just fixed it:
Original message details are unavailable.
Sources of crit chance now function whilst you have the equilibrium perk or aura active. This means that both the Tuska warpriest set effect and Biting perk now stack with the Equilibrium aura and perk.

Well, I guess you have a tiny chance of p4e2 with 5 precise, but yeah, not the *best* dps perk given you can get p5e2 rarely :P
