Never had comp, don't think I ever will, it's a nice cape to look at and its got some nice features on it, but for the amount of work required to not only get it, but maintain it. Continously having more and more piled on, and hardly any additional perks to these added chores. I would say no it's not worth it. Just remember opinions are like ass holes. Everyone's got one. If you feel it's worth it then go for it. Look at all the benefits the cape provides and ask yourself if it's worth doing all the work and continuous work that will be added to keep the cape. It's a chore cape.
I would say personally aim for max, then set personal goals. Whether it's exp gains, GP gains, high score gains, rare hunting, clue scroll reward hunting, titles. It gets lonely and boring at the top.
