Heres two ideas, and this takes a lot of undercover work
of course being so secretive it involves not posting on the front page about it and keeping it a secret from everyone.
Ok lets get onto the ideas
~~The good samaratain~~
One "noob" player (Jagex undercover) is asking for help, a few small items, and is, well completely experience less and knows nothing about Runescape after totally ignoring the tutorials at the start of the game, do you help them, ignore them or go out of your way to get them into the game!
~~Up-keeping law binder~~
Instead of just hitting the report abuse button all the time and leaving everything slide, what if someone could be stopped, told about the rules, learnt everything and the whole situation to be brought under control and everyone leaving happy, of course the undercover Jagex rule breaker wont go too far that you just cant do anything about it, will they? The most grammatically correct, organized, and well written essay that can be about anything in runescape.

I may not be a big fan of dungeoneering, but it's just a thought.

Reward idea: How about cool shirts or jackets with runescape site and a pictures on them. Would be a great way to advertise the game around the world even more. Maybe also engrave the players character name on them. Imagine a player going to a game center wearing a cool runescape jacket on other people playing may see the jacket and want one so write down the site and start playing. Basically low cost advertising.

monthly drawing competition
please please please.
It seems the player gallery isn't really that looked into, I love looking at others art work. I may actually be going to college for art so I'd love something like this.
reward could be something like a forum tittle, under picture in that bar that has nothing it could be like "the artist" or something, or an option in game to show a tittle similar to that minigame that has cadet and such at your name. never cared for that mini or even played it since first day because waiting room was bugged to never play so I never really went back.

Maybe you could hold a competition where whoever finds the most bugs or glitches wins. This way, you could fix any and hopefully improve gameplay while having fun.

Hello. Maybe a songwriting contest would be nice. I'm not a member, but the songs I've heard played on Runescape do not have words though some of the songs are good. You can use it on a holiday special.

Well here is my idea: Sorry if it's already been posted.
Riddle/Item Race:
There will be a forum thread that will give you Riddles, you have to solve these riddles(or Jagex can do something simpler), once you solve this riddle it will give you the name of an item that you need to get.
This will of course require Player Mods, PMods will be seperated into different areas of F2P, Main places like Lumbridge, Varrock, Falador, and to make it challenging, or funner, they can also do places like Barbarian Village, Edgeville, Draynor Village, Port Sarim, etc., the regular players will trade them the items they have to get after solving riddle to pass to next place.
You can't do it randomly, it has to be in order of the riddle.

SO, i heard that Jagex is thinking of making a "Maxed Veteran's Cape" so this got me thinking...
I see alot of YouTube videos that have maxed cape concepts, so, why not have a competition of "The Best Veteran Cape"
just like Mino Taurus' and the best cape, will be chosen to be the actual cape in-game!
