Whilst I'm not against the idea of using a RuneScape VoIP client, it'd have to have some sort of use beyond just allowing people to chat to each other. We've got Mumble, Teamspeak, Skype, Ventrilo, Steam and god knows what else already out there that just allows people to chat, and I don't see what you or any of us would gain from introducing your own.
That said, I can see a use for various tools that would rely on voice communication. Maybe some sort of Dungeoneering coordinator that'd work as an overlay, displaying an interactive map where people can add notes, point out useful supplies, and mark out doors requiring keys. That would then allow you to create dungeons two or three times the size of the ones that already exist and give teams the tools to coordinate them. VoIP would then be a logical feature of that program, rather than its main functionality.
TL;DR, don't just make another VoIP tool because that's what all the cool kids are doing. Make yours useful for something.
