I have a question (Q) and I have a suggestion (S) for you LMods:

Q: I read somewhere that you wrote that you can delete posts. Then again I read a JMod once that wrote: "We do not delete your posts". So are you 'allowed' to delete our posts on request?

S: How do we reach you if we need you? The JMods have the emails or the FMR. The FMods have their FMod Help. Given the example above, a delete request, it may be unwise or unwanted to ask in public, e.g. confidentiality.

It would be nice if you guys can answer some of the questions and/or concerns that have been addressed to you within the past couple of pages. ;)

Players be like: "Yo Jagex, how about easing up the moderation on the forums, and instead having jmods interact there more? No reason to go there atm when Reddit has more relaxed environment and much more jmods interacting with the community."

Jagex then be like: "Sure guys, here you go: more random moderators, and even less jmods!"

Welcome I guess, but did we really need even more moderators and moderator-likes? We already had "community helpers" and forum moderators before, so IMO adding another category of mods is just more confusing than actually helpful. > /

This is so strange. So many questions. Jagex typically do not outsource any work, one can imagine there would be too many issues with training in systems, permissions, and ease of internal communication. Why have they decided to do this instead of hiring more actual CM Jmods like they always did? Is this simply a cheaper solution? Do these new people work on-site in Cambridge? welcome community helpers! really nice to see people want to bring back the good atmosphere and help others in this game! I think any positive help is good, especially nowadays lots of runesape players who need help either with skilling or pvm or something else and they dont know who to ask
